Plas-Tech's sole liability for any and all claims, whether as a result of
breach of contract, warranty, workmanship, defect in product, tort or
otherwise shall be limited to the sums paid hereunder for the purchase of
the items and services hereunder. Overdue payments will bear interest at
the rate of 1% per month. All collection costs, including court costs,
reasonable attorney's fees, and other collection costs incurred by Plas-Tech
in the collection of overdue payments shall be paid by the Customer. |
