Dykor®
Dykor® is a specialty line of coatings that combines resins from the polyvinylidene (PVDF) family and appropriate fillers (typically graphite and mica). The system provides outstanding chemical, corrosion, and UV resistance. Typical dry film thickness is .002" to .010".
Dykor® can be applied to most metal substrates that can be heated to 550°F. It is often used in the semiconductor and chemical processing industries because of its excellent resistance to most solvents and chemicals. It is available in White, Black, and Royal Blue. Maximum operating temperature is 300°F. Dykor® is also utilized in electrical insulation applications since it has a high dielectric strength (950 volts per mil).
